  • In order to install/service your Sky satellite equipment our installation engineer must access your roof using the above method. our engineers are correctly trained to carry out the above procedure and all ladders and equipment used are regularly tested and confirmed as safe and appropriate to use in this manner.
    However, all roofs can vary in strength due to size, thickness and age of tiles or covering. Therefore, we cannot except responsibility for any possible damage caused

Liability Waiver

  • By signing this liability waiver you are confirming that you are happy for our engineer to carry out the procedure as defined above. You agree that BSkyB will not be liable for any damage caused to the roof tiles, supports or other any other covering. You also confirm that the roof is owned by yourself or partner and not by any 3rd party (landlord etc.) and you are fully authorised to make this decision.
