  • Check Ignition Key (Bent, Worn etc)<br>

  • Check Windscreen integrity (cracks/chips)

  • Check Windshield Wipers / Washers (front and rear)

  • Check Service Sticker (on windscreen) for scheduled service date/mileage

  • Leaks under the vehicle

  • Check inside the engine compartment for any leaks and loose items

  • Check Oil Level

  • Check Washer Fluid Level

  • Check Coolant Level

  • Check Power Steering Fluid Level

  • Start Engine and Check Transmission Fluid

  • Check Tires for Wear and Pressure, inc. spare (Manufacturers specification pressure)

  • Check Hooter

  • Check Heater / Defroster / Air conditioner

  • Check Headlights / Turn Signal Lights / Hazard Lights / Tail Lights / Reverse Lights

  • Check Mirrors for Damage and Adjustments

  • Check First Aid Kit

  • Check Fire Extinguisher

  • Check High Visibility Vest and Leather Gloves

  • Check Bio-Hazard Kit (if supplied)

  • Check Wheel chocks, Warning Signs, Jack and Wheel spanner

  • Check LED Torch (wind-up)

Ramp Safety Inspection

  • Are the non-slip surfaces on the ramp in good condition?

  • Do the warning lights and indicators for the ramp function properly?

  • Is the ramp surface free from any obstructions or debris?

  • Is the deployment and retraction mechanism of the ramp operating smoothly without unusual noises or resistance?

  • Are there any signs of hydraulic fluid leaks around the ramp mechanism?

  • Have any passengers reported issues with the ramp in the past 24 hours?

  • Have there been any recent repairs or maintenance performed on the ramp?

  • Are there any visible signs of wear or damage to the ramp components?

  • Has the ramp been tested for proper operation before the start of service?

  • Do the handrails and guardrails on the ramp appear secure and undamaged?
