Promotion space

  • Are all areas to plan (copy of planogram available behind top shelf POS)

  • Does the base shelf have a SISEL <br>

  • Do all products have correct standard SEL and relevant POS

  • Are all SEL's sharp left

  • Is the High Value bond organised and the floor area clear and tidy

  • Is there waste, reductions or damages in the warehouse

Safe and Legal

  • Rotation planner is up to date and signed off

  • Potential Reductions are checked and relevant reductions completed
