Site Checklist

  • While on site, please carry out a full system inspection

  • Have you tested the system for any faults

  • Have you carried out a visual inspection of the whole system?

  • For Solis Systems

  • Check meter (acrel/eastron) position is near main incoming and it is in containment and ct is not extended

  • Time and date correct

  • Check battery settings (set to pylon /puredrive) soc levels as per manufacturer instructions

  • Check fuses have been installed correctly

  • For Pylontech Systems

  • Voltage check (if below 48v charge till it hits 50v)

  • Check Correct can cable

  • If in cold environment advise/set battery to charge over night

  • Update to newest firmware ware (If laptop is available)

  • If no laptop check that the battery’s are installed with biggest battery or newest battery as (dates can be found on the side of battery)

  • Check interlink cables

  • For Puredrive Systems

  • Check magnet is installed on battery cables /cam cable

  • Check all cabling including Can Comm cable

  • For Enphase Systems

  • Log into app, confirm all inverters are showing and check for error messages

  • Visually check install make sure no joint boxes are loose on roof where possible

  • Enovy checks - correctly installed near main incoming (for iq8 with cts) and either fussed down via fuse spur or a 6A mcb

  • Enovy checks - CT checks - make sure the consumption CT is not extended as per manufacturer instructions (PV CT can be extended up to 75m with cat5e)

  • For MyEnergi Systems

  • Check CT are installed in the right direction and set correctly based on the install rg with harvi or without

  • Check that the devices are showing on all equipment eg eddi zappi harvi are showing as paired on each device on the install

  • Check eddies antenna are installed correctly

  • Check WiFi signal strength near devices
