All relevant internal components present as per specifications (ie growth media, pumps, air diffusers, UV lamp etc)

Tank/s level and correct bedding supporting tank/s as per manufacturer requirements IMPORTANT

Air blower opening to tank sealed

Tank lid centred with inspection openings directly above the inlet/s and outlet/s

T-junction installed at inlet of tank

Adequate support (benching) for connecting pipe work between tanks (where dual tanks)

Tank/s are a minimum of 100mm above ground level

All electrical wiring is protected by conduit that is fixed to the tank and is supported where necessary with allowance for subsidence
