Hydraulic Power Pack Check Sheet

  • Bodywork. (No damage, loose nuts, bolts, fluid leaks)

  • Controls & gauges. (No damage, fully operational)

  • Hoses / airlines. (All in good condition, no signs of wear / tear, leakage, whip checks in place where required)

  • Fluids. (Oil, coolant, water, fuel – Check levels and top up where necessary)

  • Lubrication points free of damage . (Grease if necessary)

  • Decals / signage. (ID, warning, and information decals legible)

  • Location. (Plant is securely positioned on a flat surface)

  • Miscellaneous. (Drip tray, spill kit and fire extinguisher in place)

  • Inline fuel filter. (No dirt or contaminants. Clean / replace as required)

  • Emergency stop. To perform the check without harming the machine turn the isolator on (red key) then press the blue button ( ignition). Then press one of the E-Stops this should then display on the control screen and state that an E-Stop is engaged
