  • Power cord plugs have all 3 prongs which includes the ground prong? Some equipment with double insulated motors do not require this, so if it come from the factory with only two prongs this is ok. But GFCI protector is recommended on all equipment.

Stairwells

  • Floors, walls, steps are clean & maintained?

  • Are landing areas free of any debris and storage? Storage is not allowed under stairways, this is code violation in most states.

Elevators

  • Dusting being performed on a regular basic? This should include fitness equipment.
