  • Carhop is either running or skating.

  • Carhop tells you their name during interaction.

  • Carhop commits to check back before leaving your vehicle.

  • Cup lid is marked properly.

  • Cup is free of any spills.

  • Mint is received.

  • Food is fresh (hot food is hot / cold food is cold).

  • Order is 100% correct.

  • Receipt is received (include receipt number).

  • If FanTrak survey is on bottom of receipt, carhop calls attention to it.

  • Check back performed within 5 minutes.

Overall Appearance

  • Menu boards are clean.

  • Bathrooms are cleaned and stocked.
