Change cutter wheel and axle.

Blow off cutting table/breakout table felts thoroughly prior to shift start

Clean all sensors with a lint free cloth. (Do not damage or shift sensors.)

Clean guide rail for cutter clear at all times so it can move freely when cutter and cutter trolley are in operation.

Clean magnets using no more than glass cleaner as cleaning agent.

Clean guide rail on the opposite side of cutting table to ensure it is free of any debris or glass.

Clean guide rail and check for ear and debris.

Check filter cartridge at the grinding head. Inform maintenance personnel if it needs changed.

Check that all oil pressures are good before starting. If pressures are wrong contact maintenance to get it to proper oil pressures.

Check Auto Oiler Levels. Notify Mainteance if collar is at our near minimum level.
