  • Has the project been surveyed for hazardous materials and substances?

  • Have work areas have been protected/isolated from chemical exposure?

  • Has a chemical inventory checklists been complete?

  • Have SDS been obtained and filed (or readily available) for all hazardous materials on the<br>project, including owner generated hazardous substances?

  • Has the Right to Understand Area been established that is easily accessible to all?

  • Have all employees completed GHS training?

  • Have all affected employees received training on site specific chemicals?

  • Are all employees aware of the hazards posed by site specific chemicals?

  • Are all chemicals and containers properly labeled with substance, manufacturer, hazard<br>recognition symbols and appropriate warnings?

  • STORAGE AND CONTAINMENT

  • Have storage areas for all hazardous materials identified?

  • Are storage areas protected from vehicle and pedestrian traffic, with materials secured?

  • Are materials double contained, protected from weather and not in close proximity to drains waterways?

  • Are all materials being disposed of per OSHA, EPA, DOT etc. guidelines?

  • Are all hazardous materials tested and approved by owner prior to removal from site?

  • Are spill kits for clean-up and disposal identified and on site as per requirements?

  • Is material collected and removed from site in a timely manner?
