This notice has been issued because one or more quality of life violations have been identified on your property as indicated below. Please be advised that future violations may result in a violation ticket with fine being issued or a citation filed with the District Magistrate.

Please display approved house identification numbers as to be clearly visible from the roadway Approved address numbers shall be at least 1/2" wide, 4" high and plainly legible and visible from the street. (15(D)(3))

The sidewalks, walkways, stairs, driveways, parking spaces and similar areas shall be kept in a proper state of repair, and maintained free from hazardous conditions. (15(B)(3))

Trees, shrubbery, weeds and grass (15(B)(4))
- Cut all high grass, weeds and overgrowth throughout the property and dispose of all yard waste properly
- Cut back all vine and weed overgrowth along property/fence line and throughout property as not to encroach onto the public right-of-way and the neighboring properties
- Cut back hedge row and shrubbery as not to encroach onto the public right-of-way and the neighboring properties
- Cut all high grass and weeds and maintain below eight inches (8")

Please remove all interior-type furniture from the exterior. Please be advised only exterior patio-type furniture intended for exterior use is permitted. (444-148)

Disposal of Garbage (19(D))
- Remove all garbage from sidewalk and dispose of properly
- Remove all debris from sidewalk and dispose of properly
- Remove all accumulated garbage and debris from fire escape
- Remove all accumulated garbage and debris from breezeway
- Remove all accumulated trash and debris from property means of egress

Disposal of rubbish (19(C))
- Remove mattress/box spring from sidewalk and dispose of properly. All mattresses and box springs shall be placed in disposal bags in order for trash haulers to take
- Remove television from sidewalk and dispose of properly. All electronics must be recycled

All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. (15(B)(1))
- Remove all litter and debris from property and dispose of properly
- Did not maintain property free of animal feces; remove and dispose of properly
- Did not keep sidewalk and curbside free of leaves, litter and debris

Garbage containers 19(D)(2)
- Garbage must be kept in leak-proof containers with close fitting lids until your designated trash pick-up day
- Did not store garbage/recycling containers out of street view

Remove refrigerator from curbside and dispose of properly. Doors are to be removed and the unit is to be certified refrigerant free. (19(C)(2))

Inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle 15(B)(8)
- Remove disabled, inoperative or disrepair vehicle(s) from property
- Remove unlicensedvehicle(s) from property

Remove markings, carvings and/or graffiti from the property. The surfaces shall be repaired if damaged from the graffiti or the removal. (15(B)(9))

Remove excessive, unused communication equipment, cables, and wires. (15(D)(19))

Clean, sanitize, repair or otherwise maintain the swimming pool in good repair. (15(C)(1))

The swimming pool, hot tub, and/or spa shall be completely surrounded by a barrier a minimum of 48" in height with approved gates or other approved enclosure. (15(C)(2))

It is required that all owners and occupants of properties within the City of Easton recycle properly. (500-3)

Collection practices (500-11)
- Property is over the limit on weekly trash allotment
- Property is over the limit on bulk trash allotment
- Property is over the limit on construction debris
- Remove florescent bulbs from trash and dispose of properly. Florescent bulbs are hazardous waste.

Snow and Ice Removal (515-35 - 42)
- Did not maintain sidewalks and right-of-way free of snow and ice
- Did not maintain front stoop free of snow and ice
- Did not clear sidewalk and right-of-way of snow and ice
- Please clear snow and ice from sidewalk and stoop. Maintain sidewalk and stoop free from snow and ice.

All structures and exterior property shall be kept free from rodent harborage and infestation. 15(B)(5)

All accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. 15(B)(7)
