Employee Behavior

  • Dine. To go guest interaction/ Employees are smiling and speaking to or acknowledging each guest, providing a friendly/genuine greeting. All employees are demonstrating a sense of urgency and responsiveness to guest. Condiments are offered when order is delivered. Guest is provided a friendly/genuine parting remark.

  • Dine/To go order taking: Employees speak in a clear friendly voice, make eye contact with guest and maintain good posture. Cashiers allow guest the time to place their order/ employees are listening carefully to guest. The guest is not rushed or interrupted. Employees provide guest full attention and are not engaging in other conversations when serving/engaged with the guest.

  • Drive thru guest receive an immediate friendly greeting at the speaker (within 5 seconds.) Employees speak in a clear, friendly voice/ allow guest the time to place their order/ listening carefully to guest. The guest is not rushed or interrupted. Friendly greeting and closing provided to each guest at the window.

  • Meat patties are held in a covered, dedicated holding pan based on type and size. Quality of patties on hold meet quality standards. Hold time is monitored using an approved timing system.
