Pre-works

  • Attach permit to work for each day; ensuring date, engineers signature and store manager signature is captured.

  • Are there any other issues that require corrective works by Tesco? Please attach photos and detail.

  • Attach photo of device alarms on Danfoss panel prior to works.

  • Contact Stuart Mcleod/IMS to inhibit alarms on associated pack prior to work. Cc Elliot Waller/Carly Harrison

Refrigerant Tracking

  • Reclaim bottle serial nos.; reclaim weight and corresponding pack ID - attach photo of bottle tracker

  • Refrigerant bottle serial no.; charge weight and corresponding pack ID - attach photo of bottle tracker

  • Are there any unopened or part used bottles? If so attach photo showing serial no. & seal intact.

  • Are there any part used bottles? Please detail. Can this be charged into system or taken to another site?

  • Provide photo of bottle location for collection.

Changeover

  • Has liquid level on receiver hit top of bottom sight glass? Attach photograph and detail pack ID.

  • Have F-Gas labels been attached to the pack including system ID, refrigerant charge and co2 equivalent? Provide photo of each.

  • Have core driers and zero caps been replaced? Attach photographs.

  • Have assets been labelled to indicate system containing R448A? Attach photographs.

  • Has a leak detection test been carried out following works? Any issues, please detail.

  • Are cases down to temperature following changeover?

  • Record device alarms on danfoss panel following changeover. Any issues?

  • Contact Stuart Mcleod/IMS to re-instate alarms.

  • Do you have any final comments, issues or concerns to note?
