Take photo of the front of store. Is there sufficient access? Note any specific parking arrangements, store, street, none etc.

Where is the store sign in and PTW system? Note managers name.

Are there landlord arrangements needed to access the plant area? Include landlord contact details and any specific permits.

Are there any logistical issues with accessing the area, keys, stairs, lifts. Any issues with bottle/equipment route?

Are all packs on 404a? Identify gas charge for each pack or estimate and detail where possible.

What is the condition of the packs? Any notable concerns?

Are there any specific requirements to change driers, zero caps, note condition and type etc.

What are the gas and oil levels, are there any signs of leaks?

Are there any signs of liquid floodback?

Are condensers in good condition? Note any issues with coils etc.

Attach proposed position of the gas bottles and cages.

Is the loading area safe and secure for deliveries?

If an express store, are any cabinets on EEVs. Detail any access issues to cabinets and valve make/model to replace seals.

Are there any alarms? Take a picture of the front end and number if any.
