Reception desk , Telephones, Screens free from dust marks

All reception glass to be cleaned so as to be free of smears, stains and marks.

Reception floor buffed to have an even sheen, free of scuffs and to be good general appearance

Reception walls and doors to be free of marks.

Empty waste bin replace bags and damp wipe in and out.


Floor mopped and vacuumed free from dust and stains.

Mirrors to be cleaned so as to be free of smears, stains and marks.

Toilet rolls, hand paper and any other fixtures and fittings free from dust, stains , smears

Damp wipe dryers, pipes, sanitary bins , cubicle walls.

All have sufficient toilet rolls,hand paper,hand soap and air fresheners are working

Damp wipe walls and doors free from marks

Taps , sinks, seats, and bowls to be free of scale.

External Entrance.

Fire exit doors to be free of dust and graffiti

External back and front entrance will be maintained free from litter etc...

Staircase 1 and Landings
