  • All furniture cupboards, chairs, statues, security barriers etc to be damp wipe free from dust and marks.

  • Reception desk , Telephones, Screens free from dust marks

  • All reception glass to be cleaned so as to be free of smears, stains and marks.

  • Reception floor buffed to have an even sheen, free of scuffs and to be good general appearance

  • Reception walls and doors to be free of marks.

  • Empty waste bin replace bags and damp wipe in and out.

Toilets

  • Floor mopped and vacuumed free from dust and stains.

  • Mirrors to be cleaned so as to be free of smears, stains and marks.

  • Toilet rolls, hand paper and any other fixtures and fittings free from dust, stains , smears

  • Damp wipe dryers, pipes, sanitary bins , cubicle walls.

  • All have sufficient toilet rolls,hand paper,hand soap and air fresheners are working

  • Damp wipe walls and doors free from marks

  • Taps , sinks, seats, and bowls to be free of scale.

External Entrance.

  • Fire exit doors to be free of dust and graffiti

  • External back and front entrance will be maintained free from litter etc...

Staircase 1 and Landings
