  • No fruit residue in any of the sinks (check 2 sinks)?

  • Underneath the bar to lip is not sticky (run hand underneath to check)?

  • Well #1 printer is cleaned completely?

  • Pop guns and metal arms are clean? Check that both are not sticky.

  • Open red wine bottles are NOT in the bar? Should be in the fridge - ask bar tender

  • Well #1 garbage is on the bar top? Garbage door is left open (small white garbage bin)

  • Front, top and sides of the Bellini machines are clean?

  • Bellini machines taps have been saran wrapped?

  • No fruit is left out? All should be in bar fridge

  • Left over lime juice - should be married with kitchen like juice - ask bartender

  • Rimmer box is clean including each shelf - ask bartender

Beer Taps

  • Beer taps are plugged?

  • Beer trough has no beer residue?

  • Beer spillage has been emptied and recorded?

  • Beer spoilage area (under Bellini machine) is clean?

  • Beer sleeve freezer DEFROST is turned on? (Check for orange light at base)
