Declaration
DECLARATION This document must be signed by the duty holder of all Suppliers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and Sub-Contractors to acknowledge acceptance of, and agreement to adhere to this Code of Conduct. On behalf of all employees, Contractors and Sub-Contractors within my control: I confirm that I have received and understood the Co-Op Suppliers and Contractors Code of Conduct and I will adhere to the rules detailed within. I will raise awareness of the Code of Conduct with all Colleagues, Contractors and visitors working together on any Co-Op Site or Location. I will plan, manage and monitor any work within my control. I will take all reasonable steps to ensure the health, safety and protection of myself and others. I will act professionally, safely, with respect and in a courteous manner at all times. I will comply with appropriate Health and Safety legislation at all times.
