Store Exterior

  • Are all the outside displays (salt, washer fluid, firewood, etc) full and signed? Are the salt pallets at least 3 levels high.

  • Do the pumps have clean, unfaded, current nozzle talkers, pump talkers and ad signage?

  • Are all of the outside lights including gas pylon, canopy and building lights work?

Car wash area

  • Is it open and appear to be in working condition?

  • When you ran thru the wash did it function correctly?

  • Is the wash clean up to our standards?

  • have all the employees signed the car wash checklist (please check files at the store)?

Restrooms

  • Is all the equipment and lights in working condition?

  • Is it clean and have soap etc?

Coffee and Hot Foods

  • Is all the coffee fresh with appropriate timers?

  • Go over the WSSR with the manager. Is it up to date and in line?

  • Do we have right foods for the time of day and amount of business?

  • Do we have the appropriate signage and is it clean?

  • Is the equipment including cappuccino and creamer clean?

Cooler area

  • Is all the product faced full and rotated? Please list amount of outs in the comment area.

  • Do the doors have current signage that is not missing, torn or faded?

  • Are the price tags and rails in place and in good condition?

  • Are the racks and glides in good working condition?

General store area

  • Is the Coborns Bakery display full and signed? Are we carrying all the items?

  • Are the planograms up to date? If not is there a concrete plan to get it done?

  • Are the out of stocks acceptable? List the quantity in the comment area please?

General items

  • Is the food prep cleaned and organized?

  • Observe guest interactions. Do all the team members following ECC?
