Store Exterior/Entrance

  • Landscaping is maintained. (leaves, weeds, snow etc.)

Pump Area

  • Are all the pumps in working condition and clean?

  • GSTV working on pump screens?

  • Gloves and Sanitizer available?

  • Does the outside curb appeal represent the image to our guests that we want to give? (Weeds,trash)

  • Is there clean washer fluid available in buckets? Are they clean on the outside?

  • Is there a clean, unripped squeegee available in every bucket?

  • Are all the outside displays (salt, washer fluid, firewood, etc) full and signed? Are the salt pallets at least 3 levels high.

  • Garbage in cans at an acceptable level? 1/2 or less

  • Do the pumps have clean, unfaded, current nozzle talkers, pump talkers, pump toppers and ad signage?

  • Are all of the outside lights including gas pylon, canopy and building lights work?

Carwash Area

  • Is it open and appear to be in working condition?

  • When you ran thru the wash did it function correctly? Undercarriage, pre soak, tri foam, spot free, dryer and dryer timer all functional?

  • Is the wash clean up to our standards? **Doors,floors,walls clean and free of debris and build up

  • Have employees signed the Daily car wash checklist (please check files at the store)?

  • Is the vacuum and air machine working and clean?

  • Reporting current? CW money, car wash counts, chem count, cost per wash - Store specific

Restrooms

  • Is all the equipment and lights in working condition?

  • Garbage at an acceptable level? 1/2 or less

  • Floor around stool and sink clean?

  • Restroom clean and have soap etc?

Coffee and Beverage Bar

  • Stand alone coffee canisters fresh, with appropriate timers? (Where decaf is available - 3hrs)

  • Do we have the appropriate signage and is it clean and not worn?

  • Is the equipment including cappuccino and creamer clean?

  • Sink and counters clean?

  • BIB dates current?

  • Ice chute free of build up?

  • Drip tray clean and not clogged?

  • Underneath equipment clean?

  • Under cabinet storage clean and product stored correctly? (Beans)

Beverage Cooler Area

  • Is all the product faced,full and rotated? Please list amount of out of stocks. Less than 6 outs per 4 ft or 3 outs per door, is the goal.

  • Are the price tags,rails and glides in place and in good condition?

  • Dairy dates/rotation? 3 days

General Store Sales Area

  • Is the Coborns Bakery display full and signed? Store specific

  • Floors clean of debris?

  • Ceiling vents clean?

  • Is product around checkout area full and faced? Store Specific

  • Are the out of stocks acceptable? List outs by category

General items and Reporting

  • Observe guest interactions. Are all guests greeted?
