LOGINS: Make sure the access computer for the gates is turned on first thing so it has time to warm up. Login details are: cwdoorman (password: CWd00rman) desk1, desk2, desk3 (password: reception)

  • Are all computer’s turned on and logged into?

LOCKER CHECKS: Report any faulty lockers to the opening DM.

  • Which bay of lockers were checked?

  • Which lockers need the battery replacing?

  • Which lockers are faulty?

KEYS: You can collect the DM keys from the office locker if Kerrie has not collected them yet, keep the DM keys in the DM draw

  • Has the DM retrieved the DM keys and locker keys?

LIGHTS: The lights control panel is to the left of the access gate computer, the lights are labelled. Lights/lamps to be turned on include the two in concierge area, gold bulb lights by NFF fridge, one in the sales area and one on the DM desk. Raise this with facilities department if any issues

  • Have you switched the main lights on?

  • Are all lamps turned on?

  • Have you turned on the strip lights around the concierge desk?

CCTV: The CCTV and pool camera should be left on overnight. Any maintenance issues, including sound issues, please report straight away as this a health and safety priority.

  • Is the CCTV for the pool on as well as the underwater cameras?

DESKTOPS: Ensure that all desktops have the relevant functions open and are logged into

  • Have you logged in to the overhead security camera for the pool? Login: conc Password: conc. Report any issues to maintenance straight away.

  • Have you opened EZ runner on all computers? Login details are: conciergecw, Password : Thirdspace,

  • Have you opened Outlook on all computers and checked for any urgent emails that need immediate action?

  • Have you logged into lost property on desk 2? Keep this open only on desk 2, away from the entrance

  • Have you logged into NPS on desk 2 (Username- hope.wadman@thirdspace.london Password- Wadman or your own)

  • Have you opened Canary Wharf timetable on all computers?

  • Have you opened Cliniko (Username- concierge.canarywharf@thirdspace.london Password- welcome)

  • Have you opened Fisikal on all computers? (username- concierge.canarywharf@thirdspace.london Password- thirdspace)

  • Have you opened Our People? (Username- 07909522445 password- Thirdspace)

BANKING: Remove the floats from the safe and place them into the draw and count reception float into till. (Email any discrepancies to Lenka Matos, Aaron Maguire, Joe Hollier, Michaela Helliwell and Hope Wadman) Any issues please report to CM or ACM. The float should always be £100.

  • Does the float add up to £100?

  • Have you entered cash onto concierge daily banking spreadsheet?

  • Have you opened 'till' on EZ runner and confirmed the float is £100?

  • Is there enough change? If no report to ACM.

PDQ: PDQ Security codes can be found on the back of each PDQ. Concierge PDQ security code is 2580

  • Has the Z report and EOD banking been printed from the sales PDQ? Write ‘sales’ on the report and place in till.

  • Have you printed X reports from the concierge PDQ and printed X report from Ez-Runner? This is to ensure banking was closed properly last night

  • RADIOS: Ensure that all departments have radios, please report any faulty or missing radios to Facilities Manager
  • Are all the radios fully charged, in working order and allocated to the correct departments?

CONCIERGE AREA: Everything that touches the marble is the concierge area. Attention to detail and consistency is essential. Please label each newspaper/magazines with a Third Space sticker on the top left of the newspaper and any spare newspapers can be left for members to have. Newspapers must be displayed symmetrically. The chairs must be straight and in line with rug markings and other furniture. Remove any out of date magazines.

  • Are ALL the rugs and carpets clean and free from marks or bits?

  • Do all the flowers still look fresh and ‘like new’? (Check the positioning of the flowers and vases)

  • Are all coffee tables directly under the lights and is the wood facing the same way?

  • Have you separated and allocated all newspapers (1 for concierge, 1 for TPR and 1 each for male/female PP)

  • Are the newspapers aligned and looking neat?

  • Do all the magazines have their bindings facing out and are the same magazines on top of each other?

WRISTBANDS: These should be prepared each morning for the day. Ensure you double check the amount of wristbands and look out for any group ex updates.

  • Have wristbands been counted out for any Yard WOD/Strong classes?

  • Is the instructor sign in opened, up to date and ready to use?

LAUNDRY: Check for any laundry in the drawer that was handed in late from the previous night. Log laundry and add to excel and printed laundry log, and place in blue laundry bag ready for collection. Email the laundry to william@superlaundry.co.uk, edvin@superlaundry.co.uk and hassen@superlaundry.co.uk

  • Is the laundry correct and ready for collection?

IMPORTANT:

  • Have you checked the diary for guests and important notes?

  • Have you read the handover?

  • Do we have at least 8 high visibility jackets?

  • Has the Alan Herdman list been printed? (if not email them)

  • Have you wiped down the concierge desk, phones and computers screens with the cleaning spray and cloth?

  • FIRST AID BOX: has it been located and checked to ensure well stocked?

LOST PROPERTY:

  • Have you cleared out any lost property items from all drawers which are older than 10 days? Place any clothes/shoes in a blue sack and leave it by Kerrie’s desk.

  • Has all lost property been carefully logged and stored away correctly? – Any toiletries/hairbrushes/bottles don’t need logging, just add the date to the item.

TASKING FOR THE DAY & WEEK

  • Has to do list been checked and tasked delegated for the day?
