Confined Space

Description of space.

Take a photo of the space location.
Take a photo of the space entrance.
Take a photo of the space exit.

(A) Is the space enclosed or partially enclosed?

(B) Is it likely to be entered and is it at normal atmospheric pressure?

(C) Does the space have a limited or restricted entry or exit?

(D) Does the space contain, is it intended to contain, or is it likely to contain:

Harmful level of atmospheric contaminants?

An unsafe oxygen level?

Substance that could cause engulfment?

If the answer to A, B, C and at least one of D is yes, then the space is a confined space.
