1.0 - Previous inspection

  • 1.1 - Are machine guards in place and operational?

  • 1.2 - Are inoperable equipment tagged and out of service?

  • 1.3 - Is saw dust, metal shavings, welding dust, and stone dust cleaned up promptly?

  • 1.4 - Are goggles and face shields available to be worn when grinding?

  • 1.5 - Is cleanliness maintained in the shop?

  • 1.14 - Are eye wash units available, clean, access unobstructed and inspection monthly?
