1.0 - Previous inspection

  • 1.1 - Are floors and aisles free of clutter, electrical cords, hoses, spills and other hazards that could cause employees to slip, trip or fall?

  • 1.2 - Are safe clearances for aisles and loading docks or passageways where mechanical handling equipment is used appropriately marked?

  • 1.3 - Are materials properly stack on shelves?

  • 1.4 - Are PIT operators trained to operate the equipment safely?
