  practice for site approved contractors. It must be adhered to at all times.
  Emergency procedures: on hearing the emergency alarm, leave immediately by the nearest
  emergency exit. If you discover a fire, leave and raise the alarm immediately and CALL Security

  Smoking: is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
  Fire: NO hot work of any kind is permitted unless authorised by Head of Facilities and is directly
  supervised by a member of Cleethorpes Beach Team
  Asbestos: You must consult with the site asbestos register before carrying out any invasive works on
  building materials. Unless the register confirms the status of asbestos - it shall be presumed that
  material contains asbestos until proven otherwise.
  Gas: All engineers must provide their gas safe card on request by any member of Cleethorpes Beach staff.
