  • Are staff following the health advice e.g. washing hands regularly, sneezing/coughing into elbow/tissue etc?

  • Is plant and equipment cleaned between operators and regularly e.g. counting machines (RVM’s), ATMs, other customer/staff interfaces (door handles, counters, sorting tables), forklifts, pallet jacks etc?

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Is there a control in place to ensure Social Distancing is done in accordance with the health guidelines i.e. physical barriers, witches hats, floor markings and/or signage to assist with 1.5m separation of people (staff/customer/visitors)?

  • Are people (staff/customer/visitors) following the health advice e.g. observing 1.5m distancing in customer, operations, office spaces, facilities and amenities?

  • Does the site know how many people (staff/customer/visitors) are allowed on site indoors at any one time? i.e. 1 person per 4 square metres. If not assist in calculating the number for them.

  • Is the site limiting the number of people (staff/customer/visitors) on site indoors at any one time in accordance with the 1 person per 4 square metres requirement?
