Inspection

Site access arrangements

Are staff aware of the health criteria they shouldn’t attend i.e. have a high temperature, persistent cough or living with someone in self isolation

Are arrangements in place to enable staff to park on site/store their bike on site?

If no, where public transport can’t be avoided then you can continue if not using in rush hour i.e. staggered shifts or can park nearby e.g. NCP

Has the access to site been organised to ensure a 2 m distance, either by staggering access or shifts to limit the number of men on site, multiple access points etc

Have biometrics (require skin contact) entrance systems been disabled

Are there hand cleaning facilities at the site entrances or close to the site entrance i.e. toilets etc?

If no Project Manager to ensure staff have access to hand sanitiser

Where stairs are provided for access, do they provide sufficient space to enable a 2m distance from each other?

Where lifts are provided for access, is access to them controlled to maintain a 2 m distance from each other?

Site - General

Has the site enhanced its cleaning arrangements?

Are meetings restricted and where briefings held is there sufficient room to maintain 2m social distancing

Is there sufficient rubbish bins and are the emptied regularly?

Where site office provided is there sufficient space I the site office to maintain social distancing?

Where site office provided is it being regularly cleaned

Welfare - Toilet and hand washing arrangements

Are there sufficient washing facilities and do they enable 2 m distancing between each other either by being spread apart or access controlled etc?

Is the welfare being kept clean on a regular basis and soap and sanitisers being replenished?

Are there sufficient toilet facilities and do they enable 2 m distancing between each other either by being spread apart or access controlled etc?

Are surfaces (door handles, taps etc being regularly cleaned/sanitised?

Are bins provided with lids and emptied regularly?

Welfare – Canteen (where provided on larger sites e.g. some OAG Select sites may not include answer NA and comment where food is being consumed)

Can Workers sit 2 metres apart from each other whilst eating and avoid all contact

Are restriction in place to limit the numbers entering the canteen

Are surfaces being cleaned between people using the tables and facilities provided?

Where drinking water is provided is there enhance cleaning arrangements in place?

Are bins provided with lids and emptied regularly?

Welfare – Changing facilities (where provided on larger sites e.g. some OAG Select sites may not include answer NA and comment)

Can Workers sit 2 metres apart from each other whilst changing and avoid all contact

Are restriction in place to limit the numbers entering the changing rooms

Are surfaces being cleaned between people using the changing rooms?

Are bins provided with lids and emptied regularly?

Are there secure areas for staff to leave outer clothing/PPE when not in use?
