FRONT FOYER

  • FRONT DESK - no ring marks, polished and wiped down guest facing area, no clutter in surrounding area

  • TOD Fridge is in working condition- No Leaks, burnt out lights, etc.

  • Elevator is in working order- Service is up to date

  • Keg Room sight lines are clear and ready to be guest facing

MAIN FLOOR WASHROOMS

  • MAIN FLOOR - MEN'S WASHROOM: mirrors clean, streak free, floor clean, hand soap stocked, paper towels stocked

  • MEN'S WASHROOM: all sinks are running, no leaks, water pressure sufficient

  • Plumber required? If yes, call Rather Be; if no, explain how it is resolved

  • MEN'S WASHROOM: Hand dryers are in working order
