  • Were you politely greeted within 5 seconds?

  • Were you offered a Footlong?

  • Was the sandwich built correct as per the formula?<br><br>This includes using the correct scoops, marinara from a separate Cambro and not from the meatballs, all products were available that you ordered

  • Were you asked if you were dining in (and given a basket) or taking away (Sub wrapped in correct sub wrap?

  • Was the deli paper removed and discarded before wrapping your sub?

  • What were you offered at the till?

  • Did the team suggestive sell any 3 or 12 packs of cookies?
