The maintenance handover has been signed off and submitted to the Supervisor via iAuditor

Attraction test round is completed, Area checked and ready for operation

All Attraction documents are available (PPE, First Aid Certificate daily report, initial inspections)

Attraction Radio checked and ready

Attraction overhead lights is working

First Aid Kit/Fire extinguishers are checked

Storage box checked and cleaned

Height stick board cleaned/weight scale available

Check REFD scanner/ Price is functioning correctly

Check all leaves, nets, LED lights are functional

Check Safety net and sharp edges are checked and glued

Guest Queue lines are setup

Attraction signboards are updated

Ride trash bins are empty and cleaned/ maintained by housekeeping

Ride is handed over and closing maintenance check is completed

Attraction is clear from Guests

The maintenance handover has been signed off and submitted via iAuditor

Attraction First aid kit checked and refilled (If needed)

Switch off the REFD scanner and <br>turn off the weight scale

Handover lost and found items to Admission team and Lost & Found document completed

Attraction free from litters and cleaned/ Maintained by house keeping

Radio signed out and plug on Charger Clicker and Stopwatch are returned

Attractions queue lines are arranged (if needed) and ready for tomorrow

Re-check all entry and exit doors
