  • Inspect surveillance cameras and recording systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.

  • Ensure all emergency lighting and exit signs to ensure they are working.

  • Verify the availability and functionality of fire extinguishers equipment.

  • Check the condition of emergency exits and ensure they are clear and unobstructed.

  • Ensure All TV screens are functional

  • Review any reported incidents or security concerns from the previous day.

  • Verify that emergency contact numbers are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Test the communication systems, such as radios or intercoms, to ensure they are functioning properly.

  • Conduct a walkthrough of the Venue with DM

  • Ensure all visitors have left the premises and perform a final walkthrough of the Venue.

  • Check that all doors and windows are securely locked.

  • Verify that surveillance cameras are recording and functioning correctly.

  • Conduct a thorough check of all areas, including restrooms and storage spaces, to ensure nobody is left behind.

  • Confirm that all emergency exits are properly secured.

  • Collect and secure any valuable items or sensitive documents and hand them over to mall security

  • Verify that all appliances, equipment, and lighting are turned off.

  • Confirm that all gates and fences are properly locked.

  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the facility is cleaned and ready for the next day.

  • Update the security incident log with any relevant information from the closing procedures.
