Please ensure that all daily cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly using the pictures provided as the standard required. Take a picture after each cleaning task is finished. If you are unable to complete any of the cleaning tasks, please provide a reason for the omission. Any additional observations or issues discovered should be documented in the final section with detailed information and, if possible, accompanying pictures.

Blowdown feed unit, make sure no trim in orange wheels and sweep floor area under prefeeder

Slotting Section.

Slotting section blown down, all shafts lubricated with Rocol dry PFT or equivalent

Folding Section.

Sweep inside the folding section.

Glue System.

Clean glue head, nozzle, drip tray, UV light and refill bath with warm water

Counter Ejector.

Blow down inside counter ejector and wipe sensors.
