Please ensure that all daily cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly using the pictures provided as the standard required. Take a picture after each cleaning task is finished. If you are unable to complete any of the cleaning tasks, please provide a reason for the omission. Any additional observations or issues discovered should be documented in the final section with detailed information and, if possible, accompanying pictures.

Slotting section blown down, all shafts and lead screws lubricated with Rocol dry PFT or equivalent

Clean glue head, nozzle, drip tray, UV light and refill bath with warm water, sweep folding section.

Counter Ejector.

Blow down inside counter ejector and sweep floor area

Lay boy belts and doubler

Clean under doubler and lay boy belt section, remove any lose tape.
