  1. Answer "Safe", "At Risk", or "Non-Compliant", for the questions provided.
  2. For Visual Checks, take a photo and upload using the media icon of all items being inspected.
  3. At Risk
  a. If the issue is new and provides an unsafe condition, Lock Out the PIT and upload photo evidence of the lock out using the Media icon, provide notes as to the reason for Lock Out using the notes icon, and create an Action to assign to your Operations Manager
  4. Non-Compliant
  a. If Non-Compliant is selected and is not a new issue, Lock Out the PIT and upload photo evidence of the lock out using the Media icon, provide notes as to the reason for Lock Out using the notes icon, and create an Action to assign to your Operations Manager.
  5. PIT’s must be inspected regardless of Lock Out status.
  6. For gas powered PIT's, mark Safe for all battery related questions.
  7. For battery powered PIT's, mark Safe for all gas powered related questions.
  8. Complete Inspection by providing digital signature and selecting "Complete Inspection"
