Safety Checklist

  • Is the machine in good repair i.e. no damage?

  • Greased?

  • Are the guards fixed and in good working order?

  • Are the interlocks working on the guards on machinery?

  • Are the guards around machine in good condition?

  • Do all the emergency stop buttons work?

  • Are all buttons in good working order as they should be?

  • Are the camera's on the machinery working as they should?

  • Has the machine been kept clean free and from tripping hazards?

  • Have you got all the tools needed for this machine?

  • If applicable are the extraction units in good working condition i.e no damaged to the flexi pipes or blocked and are empty?
