  • Check sock filter gauges at main coolant tank DAILY. Contact team leader if gauges differ

  • Grinder:

  • CLEAN out the inside of machine and trans pallets, chisel out bottom if necessary, WEEKLY(Friday)

  • WIPE down machine and CLEAN out pan WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check way oil lubrication reservoir level DAILY. Use AW46 hydraulic oil as needed.

  • Check hydraulic oil level and Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY also look for any leaks on the machine and hydraulic units.

  • Check hydraulic pressure of the machine. Target is 50-70 BAR as labeled… DAILY

  • REPLACE air filter on A/C unit and motors WEEKLY (Monday)

  • CHANGE sock filter WEEKLY (Friday at shutdown)

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT

  • Check coolant level on spindle chiller… verify level is ok DAILY (sight glass is located on back of unit)

  • Inspect both collets for damages and cracks…… start up WEEKLY (Sunday night)

  • Remove sludge from coolant return tank to prevent overflowing WEEKLY (Sunday night)

  • DRILL:

  • CLEAN out the inside of machine and trans pallets DAILY

  • CLEAN all the chips off the tops of the cabinets WEEKLY (Friday)

  • WIPE down machine and CLEAN out pan WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check way oil lubrication reservoir level DAILY. Use AW46 hydraulic oil as needed.

  • Check hydraulic oil level and Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY also look for any leaks on the machine and hydraulic units. Notify team leader if low or leaking

  • Check oil in C Axis spindle oiler DAILY – DO NOT ADJUST KNOBS

  • REPLACE the filter on the oil cooler WEEKLY(Monday)

  • REPLACE the filter on drill spindles WEEKLY (Friday at shut down)

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT.. Contact Team Leader if unlocked.

  • Remove collet, inspect for damages and clean chips from underneath….. start up Sunday night

  • CLEAN inside of machine, table, ect…clean up chips DAILY

  • CLEAN rear troughs/chutes WEEKLY(Friday)

  • Check coolant return tank and clean if needed DAILY

  • Check coolant level and fill up completely full DAILY

  • Check interlocks DAILY

  • WIPE DOWN machine WEEKLY(Tuesday)

  • REPLACE blue air filters on spindle chiller, hydraulic tank and cabinet chiller WEEKLY(Monday)

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT

  • Clean stamper, orientation, and turnover stand. WEEKLY ( Friday)

  • Clean out pan under machine and notify team leader of any leaks WEEKLY(Friday)

  • Remove sludge from coolant return tank to prevent overflowing WEEKLY (Sunday night)

  • Verify tool detect is on with a green light on Mazak

  • Hub Line 4 – OP40 – 3rd Shift

  • Maus Grinder:

  • CLEAN both chucks twice-weekly (Sun. and Wed. night) at the end of shift… USE WD40..do NOT use grease

  • Check hydraulic levels and way lube and notify supervisor if low or leaking also Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY

  • Check hydraulic pressure of the machine. Target is 50-70 BAR as labeled… DAILY

  • CLEAN inside of machine, table, etc…clean up chips DAILY

  • Check coolant tank and clean if needed WEEKLY (Wednesday)

  • Check Sludge/Paper hopper and empty as needed DAILY

  • Check coolant level and fill up completely full DAILY

  • Wipe Down coolant tank

  • Check hydraulic oil level and look for leaks on the machine and hydraulic units… Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY

  • Check way oil lubrication reservoir level. Fill with AW46 if needed DAILY

  • Check filter paper and coolant levels… Refill/replace as needed DAILY

  • CLEAN the inside of machine ensuring all chips and debris are clear DAILY

  • REPLACE the filter on the oil cooler WEEKLY. (Monday)

  • Check coolant level on spindle chiller… verify level is ok DAILY (sight glass is located on back of unit)

  • REPLACE AC filters and verify unit is on WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Inspect Motor filters and replace as needed. WEEKLY (Monday)

  • WIPE down machine WEEKLY (Tuesday)

  • Clean operating areas and sweep up all chips in front of door DAILY

  • Check way oil lubrication reservoir level. Fill with AW46 if needed DAILY

  • Check hydraulic oil level and look for leaks on the machine and hydraulic units… Verify cap to tank is on and secure DAILY

  • CLEAN the inside of machine ensuring all chips and debris are clear of X axis DAILY

  • SPRAY X axis way covers with WD 40 at the end of each shift DAILY

  • Check the door on the electrical control cabinet to be sure it is FULLY CLOSED, EVERY SHIFT.. Contact Team leader if unlocked.

  • GREASE chuck using Mystik SX-6 Synthetic Blend grease. Fill chuck with grease until the relief valve opens. Verify gripper pads are present and secure. WEEKLY (Monday)

  • Check filter paper and coolant levels… Refill/replace as needed DAILY

  • Verify 5S stations are organized and match picture DAILY

  • Clean out tool change doors and tracks (lubricate with WD40) DAILY

  • Check trash can and turn over bucket and dump as needed DAILY

  • Check used way lube catch containers on lathes and dump as needed DAILY
