  • Is the Cab Interior clean and tidy?

  • Is the iPhone charger/holder in good working condition?

  • First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher in service?

  • Fuel, oil and water - Are levels sufficiently topped up & Fuel Card in Cab?

  • Mirrors & Windscreen

  • Horn

  • Washers & Wipers

  • Steering

  • Brakes

  • Air Condintioning / Heater

  • Filters on Hand (for loading pasteurised product)

Truck & Trailer Checks - Provide Photos & Notes for any New Damage

  • Fuel / Oil - For visible Leaks/faults select 'No'

  • Tyres and Wheel Fixing (Wheel Nuts), Tyre Tread Depth (Depth must be greater than 3mm to be marked as 'Safe'

  • Note: If tyre tread is less than 2mm, Do not drive. Park unit in a safe area and notify Symons Dispatch via Radio 300 or 302

  • Truck Lights & Trailer Lights

  • Truck Indicators & Trailer Indicators

  • Are Guards in Good Condition? (Select 'No' if there is new damage)
