BiCarb Dosing

  • Inspect dosing tank – if empty activate “start transfer pump” button on panel

  • Open solenoid near water fill point on mixing tank

  • Open orange hand valve on water feed line into mixing tank

  • Once dosing tank has filled with water(1000l)activate “Start mixer” on panel

  • Gradually mix 1 x 25kg bag of bicarb into circulating water

  • Ensure bag is poured into green bucket in stages and using hands break up large lumps of bicarb or pump outlet will block immediately
