  • Daily Walkthrough must be completed daily and reported back after completion to building management. Missing furniture must be replaced and furniture retrieved must be reported. All faults found must be discussed with building management and repairs to these faults will be prioritized with BM.

Foyers

  • Exit lighting is working and signage labeling appropriate areas ie. warning's, smoke doors and exits are clearly displayed

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • Flooring ie. carpet, tiles are in suitable condition and free from damage

  • Ceiling tiles are in place and lift light panels are free from damage

  • Painting ie. walls, pillars are free from damage

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair

Kitchen/Hubs

  • Exit lighting is working and signage labeling appropriate areas ie. warning's, smoke doors and exits are clearly displayed

  • Painting ie. walls, pillars are free from damage

  • Flooring ie. carpet, tiles are in suitable condition and free from damage

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • Remove old and damaged flyers from pillars

  • Leads, plugs, sockets and switches in good condition and not entwined or loose lying

  • Taps working ie. not leaking and correctly labelled

  • Sprinklers and air conditioning ducts are clear of obstructions ie. no items handing from or obstructing them

  • Handles, locks and doors in working condition

  • Fire extinguishers in place below signage

  • Visual inspection of crockery and cutlery - redistribution between core where required and extras added when required

  • Ensure no illegal kitchen appliances are brought in

  • Ensure all appliances are in correct position, in good working condition and are clear of combustibles

  • Furniture in good working condition

  • Correct furniture is in each hub and in correct position as per wayfinder plans

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair

Utility Bay's

  • Utility bay signage is in place

  • Clean utility bays as per utility clean out

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • Flooring ie. carpet, tiles are in suitable condition and free from damage

  • Painting ie. walls, pillars are free from damage

  • Handles, locks and doors in working condition

  • Remove old and damaged flyers

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair

Floor Checklist - Meeting and Quiet Rooms

  • Meeting Room signage in place

  • Checking of reserved meeting rooms

  • Place signage on on un-reserved meeting rooms and report back to BM

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • Flooring ie. carpet, tiles are in suitable condition and free from damage

  • Painting ie. walls, pillars are free from damage

  • Handles, locks and doors in working condition

  • Ensure all phones are working and LAN cables are present

  • Leads, plugs, sockets and switches in good condition and not entwined or loose lying

  • Ensure all meeting rooms have the required emergency flip charts

  • Correct furniture in each meeting room as per wayfinder plans

  • Furniture is in good working condition

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair

Floor Checklist - Work Station Areas

  • Exit lighting is working and signage labeling appropriate areas ie. warning's, smoke doors and exits are clearly displayed

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • Leads, plugs, sockets and switches in good condition and not entwined or loose lying

  • Flooring ie. carpet, tiles are in suitable condition and free from damage

  • Painting ie. walls, pillars are free from damage

  • Furniture is in good working condition

  • Ensure correct furniture is being utilised - if not replace where required

  • Ensure one pedestal per desk not per person

  • Identify & report back on any mis-use of building ie. covering of vents, illegal tech ect.

  • Place signage on furniture and equipment that is not in correct space and report signage

  • Removal of furniture and equipment after one weeks notice

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair

Stairs, Step and Handrails

  • Clear of any obstructions

  • Feature lighting ie. ceiling lights, lift lights are working

  • No broken or worn steps. Handrails in good condition

  • No visible damage to structure ie. stairs, rails, kick plates

  • Note all fault stickers observed and place new stickers where required - note what you can repair
