Washing Facilities

Bedrooms

Suitable rooms sizes for number of Team Members. For example, if no shared lounge is available for use, a single bedroom of 10.2m2 and double bedroom of 15m2 is considered reasonable.

WINDOWS restrictors (if required by local law) which prevent windows opening more than 10cm.

BALCONIES (where present) have a minimum height between floor and top of handrail 1.1m. No gaps exceeding 10cm and no horizontal rails that would aid climbing.
