  • This daily checklist is designed to ensure that the Dessert Co brand is fully prepared and ready each day.

    Most of these items are prepped earlier in the day, with additional steps for certain products, simplifying the service process each night.

Single scoops gelato

  • Prepare the following gelato in 3oz Plain Cups with a Clear Dome Lid
    One scoop of each flavour in the cup.

    Build to the following amount in the freezer. (Do not make more than what it listed)

  • Milk Chocolate Gelato - 8

  • Salted Caramel Gelato - 8

  • Vegan Dark Chocolate Gelato - 8

  • Bubblegum Gelato - 8

  • Vanilla Gelato - 15

  • Hokey Pokey Gelato - 8

  • Boysenberry Gelato - 8

Sundae Gelato

  • Prepare the following gelato in the large dessert cups with clear dome lid.

    Build to the following amount in the freezer. (Do not make more than what it listed)

    2 scoops of each flavour in the cups.

  • Milk Chocolate Gelato - 8 Cups

  • Vanilla Gelato - 8 Cups

  • Boysenberry Gelato - 8 Cups

Caramel Butter

  • Fill Squeeze Bottle with Caramel Butter - Label and Date (7 days)

Fluff Bite Preps

  • Ensure all croffles are pulled from Fridge, allowed to rise.

    Do not let them over rise or they cannot be used !

    Ensure there are 30 croffles ready to go each day

    2 croffles = 12 Fluff Bites ( one Snack Pack worth

    1. Break or cut one croffle into 6 equal parts.
    2. Roll gently into balls and place into a container
    3. Make enough bites for 10 Snack Packs (120 balls) NO MORE
