• Familiarise yourself with floorplan locations. Physically check guest is located at the correct position (allocated seating) and so you are aware where you will be delivering meals.

• Introduce yourself and confirm their dietary.

• If not allocated seating, ask the table if anyone has any dietaries and mark them off on the dietary sheet with their table number and seat.

• Service of meals – Ensure correct meal is delivered to the guest

• Check backs – Check that they are enjoying their meals.

• TM can competently complete the above tasks.

• During food service DW is to be present to assists guests and advise them what they can eat. Refer to dietaries list and try to address each guest by their name.
