  • Kitchen Screens and Tills - Check that all kitchen screens, bar screens and tills are all powered on and functional

  • Customer Wi-Fi - Check that it is possible to connect to the customer Wi-Fi both front and back of house using a personal device

  • Allergen Screens (**) - Check that the allergen screen is on and operational i.e. check menu item for an allergen

Non-Critical UAT

  • Back Office PC - WISDOM (refer to emails sent to pub email address for login instructions and how to log any issues) <br><br>Login to WISDOM using username and password provided

  • Back Office PC - Aztec and APOS (pub to log any issues with Zonal as normal) <br>Access Aztec and send comms to tills - Access APOS, place an order and GRN an order

  • Back Office PC - Other applications and websites (pub to log any issues with supplier as normal) Check use of the following: mySchedule, myJDW, ResourceLink, Trinity, App Manager, AMRIS & any other websites needed for pub operation

  • Hotel Reception PC - WISDOM (refer to emails sent to pub email address for login instructions and how to log any issues) <br><br>Login to WISDOM using username and password provided

  • Hotel Reception PC - Other applications and websites (log any issues with supplier as normal) <br><br>Check use of the following: mySchedule, myJDW, ResourceLink & other websites needed for hotel operation

  • DMLB tablets - Applications and websites (log any issues with supplier as normal) Check use of the following: Trail, Trinity, App Manager, myJDW (pub view), mySchedule, Shift Clock to clock in / out on the tablet, Microlise & any other functionality needed for the pub operation via the DMLB tablet
