  • Are the papers straight and not flapping or overlapping?<br>Are the magnetic strips clean?<br>Are the paper display panels clean?

  • Have the appropriate FOBT functionality checks taken place today?

  • Have you checked the rubbish bins are not overflowing?

  • When looking behind the counter from a customers perceptive can you see any:<br>Clutter?<br>Sensitive materials which should not be in view of customers? I.E memos, PTL charts?

  • Is your kitchen / staff area door closed so that customers cannot see into this area?

Back of house

  • Is the counter area free from clutter and in good order?

  • Is the staff area clean and tidy?
