Confirm cabinet has the following<br><br>1. Warning Sticker on the door front<br>2. Lockable door handle with key<br>3. Compartment on the inside of the door for COSH sheets<br>4. Domino starter pack in cabinet (gloves,glasses,beaver etc)

Install both print heads onto supplied brackets, confirm secure and fit for purpose

Install sensor onto supplied bracket, confirm secure and fit for purpose

Connect customer 25 D type comms cable, confirm secure and fit for purpose

Commissioning

Power on Macro jet and confirm it operates as expected

Load message to both heads and trigger sensor confirm both heads print

Connect pocket terminal, confirm comms with coder

Operate ink level sensor, confirm red beacon lights up
-
Re connect customers comm cable and send message via PC
-
Confirm message sent, run line and code box. Confirm message is correct

Repeat above step but enter different print delay. Confirm message is correct and in a different place to previous code
-
Input 24 month offset on Macrojet controller software, confirm printed date is two years ahead of current date.

Cycle power to Macrojet off and on, confirm printing continues with correct message
-
Print Samples: take photo of both codes from one box, confirming both codes are correct.
