  • VAN DRIVER MORNING WALK-AROUND CHECK LIST

  • All Katharine House Retail Transport Van drivers must undertake a daily walk-around check of their vehicle before use. This is a legal requirement and DVSA inspectors have the power to stop any vehicle and issue a Fixed Penalty Notice if it’s not happening. Please check all the areas indicated below and sign and date. Drivers must highlight damage not previously notified for the Health & Safety Officer to follow up to ensure, in the event of an accident, it has been reported
