  • Complete verification when probe is not in use.

  • Zone #1 ID

  • Is probe in good & working condition?

  • Notify Maintenance & Production Manager. Dryer A cannot be used until the probe is repaired or replaced.

  • Reference Thermometer Temperature

  • Dryer Probe Temperature

  • Are results within the specified range (+/- 2°F)?

  • Record Corrective Action Implemented

  • Perform recheck of probe

  • Reference Thermometer Temperature

  • Dryer Probe Temperature Recheck

  • Are results within the specified range (+/- 2°F)?

  • Notify Maintenance & Production Manager. Dryer A cannot be used until the probe is repaired or replaced.

  • Verification of Dryer A: Zone 1 has already been completed for this cycle.

Dryer A: Zone 2 Verification

  • Is Dryer A: Zone 2 Probe in use?

  • Complete verification when probe is not in use.
