Is all lighting working and free from damage ?

Is the emergency lighting working ? Has this been tested ?

Are all fire doors free from damages and obstruction in full working order ? Take photos for evidence

Is all signage present and in good condition ? (Fire doors/ emergency exits/ safety info)

Is the lift in good working order ? (Fully functioning)

Is the lift clean and free from obstruction ?

Does the lift have correct signage viewable ? (What to do in an emergency)

Are Fire alarms and smoke detectors in good working order ? (testing schedule up to date)

Are Fire extinguishers in place, checked and free from obstruction ?

Are Emergency exits clear and properly marked ?

Is the plant room clean and free from obstruction

Is all equipment well maintained (Service log up to date)

Is all electrical equipment PAT Tested ?
