Weekly figures spreadsheet completed and e-mailed to Christine/Mark - ensure sales figures are multiplied by 1.2 to include VAT<br>Any large bookings or sales uplifts, please add in to the notes.

All dept's fully aware of today's Promos or offers, bookings, including updates on any changes, numbers, menus, room layouts etc?

Is the landing in front of the Uppy room clear? This is a FIRE EXIT and must be kept clear at all times - no bar trolley left here!

Main bar - clean & tidy (check behind/under/sides of fridges and/or equipment)?

Washroom clean & tidy; bins/bottle bins taken out from previous night and washed, check under equipment for cleanliness?
