  • Open or Closed Inspect the Pool Filter room: should be well maintained, organized, free of clutter, locked and no standing/ponding water present

  • CDC sanitation and social distancing protocols in place; Safety Equipment including rescue ring, shepherd's crook, first aid available

Guest Rooms

  • Corridors are clean and well maintained; no dirty linens in the corridors, laundry chutes and storerooms closed and locked. All corridor ceilings and floors free of stains

  • Overall impression of the guest room gives a feeling of perfect, ready, crisp and clean and entry door & viewer no smudges or finger prints. No evidence of a previous guest; room smell fresh and free of odor

  • All paper high touch items like compendiums, channel guides and throw pillows etc have been removed from the rooms

  • All brand signage for cleaning and protection in place

  • Bathroom clean & amenities are in line with guidance

  • Did water get hot quickly was water pressure good

  • Did water in sink and tub drain quickly(no standing water)

  • Did HVAC work was it quiet

  • Did WiFi work with good connection & speed

  • Was TV quality of picture good

  • Was room supplied with coffee & tea

  • Appliances including TV Remote, Telephone, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker are clean and working order

Food & Beverage

  • Open or not, Restaurant tables have been arranged for social distancing; Same for bar area and stools

  • Restaurant cleanliness & condition: behind buffet lines, bus stations and staging area. Tables should not be set up for a meal period. Discard all old products

  • Kitchen area is clean, free of clutter and secured: check refrigerators, freezers and ovens for cleanliness as well as walls, floors and ceilings. Expired products discarded
