is there any reason that the property cannot be worked in safely i.e if there is hygiene issues etc

is there pets or children on site if so in notes please state ages of children and how many or how many pets are in the property

Can the customer live in this property safely while works are carried out and have access at all times to basic facilities i.e toilets and washing facilities.

has the customer stated any cause for concern in regards to covid-19 that may stop us from doing the works or progressing with works in certain stages of the project.

can operatives be safely segregated from customers as per social distancing measures throughout the works process.

is there any high or immediate risks to be noted in relation to working at this property. if so please note

covid 19 PPE to be worn at all times by operatives.

will customer need to enter work areas after we have left site for any reason if yes then all surfaces will need to be cleaned daily upon entering and exiting the works area.
